Director of Involve International
Volker Latus, born in Germany and calling Sydney and Australia home, has worked as a trainer, facilitator and coach across a variety of industries and cultures in Europe, USA, South-East-Asia and Australia for more than 25 years. He holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Göttingen. Previously he held management positions in the consumer goods and professional services industries in Germany and Australia. Since 2003 Volker operates independently, trading as Involve International since 2007, and delivers all services of Involve International.
In 2004 Volker was accredited as leadership and management trainer for the European Commission in Brussels, where he is now a well recognised trainer, facilitator and coach for all institutions of the EU. Volker is holding the Australian trainer qualification Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and is also accredited in the tool “Team Management Profiles”, which provides excellent insights into teamwork and team development.
