Director of Involve International

Volker has worked as a facilitator and trainer across a variety of industries and cultures in Europe, Asia and Australia for the past 20 years. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (Göttingen / Germany) and held management positions in the consumer goods and services industries as well as in training and consulting companies in Germany and Australia.

Volker is currently working on three continents in global and local training projects and team building initiatives. He facilitates planning, road mapping and business improvement forums and provides customised training workshops in all Involve International’s training topics. He has recently established Involve International as a new entity for his growing international business - individually and together with his network partners in Europe, Malaysia and Australia.

In Australia Volker has introduced the (German) Moderation Method and trained and coached many facilitators, managers and trainers in Australia since. As a facilitator, he has “modelled” this visual dialogue process in many workshops, conferences, planning and business improvement processes in various private companies and governmental organisations (local, NSW, federal) as well as industry associations across Australia.

Volker is holding the Australian nationally recognised trainer-qualification Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. In 2004 he was accredited as Leadership and Management Trainer for the European Commission in Brussels, where he is now a well recognised lead trainer and developer for management and leadership training programs for all Institutions of the EU. Volker is an accredited Facilitator in the Team Management Profile (TMP) by Team Management Systems. Volker is a member of the Australian Institute of International Affairs, the Australian Institute of Management and with Involve International an active member of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
